Vendor Registration
All vendors must register online in advance to secure their designated site. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to maintain a diverse marketplace.

Stall Setup & Timing
Gates open for vendors at 6:00 AM. Setup must be completed by 8:00 AM when the public arrives. Please ensure all display equipment is stable and safe for passersby.

Prohibited Items
For safety and legal compliance, the sale of weapons, livestock, illegal substances, and hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Management reserves the right to remove any unapproved items.

Charitable Contributions
By participating, you directly fund local initiatives. 100% of site fees go towards Lions Club projects, including youth programs, community healthcare, and local emergency relief.

Site Departure
The event concludes at 5:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for packing up their sites and departing the grounds by this time.
